Solar Installations Project Manager

About the Role

You will supervise the field deployment team setting up rural solar microgrids. Tasks include checking compliance guidelines, solar sizing models, and managing client reports.

As a key member of the Stanexx Energies Ltd team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive strategic operational goals. You are expected to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, uphold corporate governance, and integrate modern technical workflows within your division.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations in strict compliance with Stanexx safety regulations and ESG performance metrics.
• Collaborate proactively with international supply chain networks and internal subsidiary engineers.
• Manage reporting deliverables and present to the Managing Director and Group HR.
• Drive modernization and tech integrations inside your sector department.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar corporate role.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate under strict compliance protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in modern enterprise software.
