Guest Relations Officer

About the Role

Ensure our guests receive high-quality service from check-in to check-out. Strong communication skills and knowledge of booking engines are required.

As a key member of the Stanexx Budget Inn Ltd team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive strategic operational goals. You are expected to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, uphold corporate governance, and integrate modern technical workflows within your division.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations in strict compliance with Stanexx safety regulations and ESG performance metrics.
• Collaborate proactively with international supply chain networks and internal subsidiary engineers.
• Manage reporting deliverables and present to the Managing Director and Group HR.
• Drive modernization and tech integrations inside your sector department.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar corporate role.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate under strict compliance protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in modern enterprise software.
